My meals & Workout for 5/7/09

Today is thurs the day after my first workout and man does my body hurt lol.. Well it was kinda hard getting out of bed this mornin cause my body felt banged up, but as the day went by my muscles started loosing up now at 9:18pm I feel i little bit better, I'm sure I'll get use to it soon I hope. For breakfast this mornin at 7:30am I had special k cereal and a banana. At 11:30am I ate a honey mustard chicken wrap from Mcdonalds at 1:30pm I ate 2 chicken wings & 2 cups of lite mountain Dew… Continue

My meals & Workout for 5/6/09

My first real workout was wed and wow was it tuff. I felt drainned right away cause I chose snooze over breakfast lol.. That won't happen again, I felt lite headed and felt kinda dizzy. I won't pass on breakfast again, I learned my lesson. About 1 hour after my workout I made scrammbled eggs with onions and peppers and boiled potatoes with v8 tropical blend juice. I failed to eat lunch so I made boneless chicken with a salad and drank v8 tropical blend juice. I have to work on my eating habits.

Meal 1 6am - 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, spinach and mushrooms omelet , ½ avocado



Meal 2 9 am – 1 Medium Banana, Protein Sake



Workout 9:30 am- 10:30am



Meal 3 11 am – Post Workout Meal-Grilled Chicken breast, sweet potato w/ cinnamon, mixed veggies (squash, zucchini, mushrooms, onions) , 1 cup strawberries
